The Arts & Culture Trust (ACT)

The governance structure includes Founding Trustees and Nominated Trustees who represent the following areas of expertise:

Having business and financial acumen,
Having sound knowledge of the arts, culture and heritage, or
Having sufficient status in the community as a whole to justify their appointment.

The Board of Trustees as a whole is responsible for policy decisions and the allocation of funds. The Management Committee is responsible for general management, co-ordination of activities and reporting. The ACT office manages and implement all services, operations, programmes and activities.
